Word Filled Wednesday – Got milk?

sm-drink.jpg

Matthew 6:30-32

If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’

For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.

——————————————–

There is nothing I enjoy more than a good cuppa’ Joe.  Just like everyone else.  I think this verse really made me think how much God really loves us, and that we don’t need to worry (don’t confuse with taking for granted).  He will provide us with the things we need (not always want).

I hope you’ll be blessed by todays Word Filled Wednesday.

  1. A wonderful verse to remind us of our great Provider.

  2. Thank you for sharing these precious verses. They are such encouragements to me and what I needed to be reminded of. They uplifted my heart to God as I remember afresh His cares upon us. Praise Him.

I have just posted my first Word-Filled Wednesday 🙂

  13. It’s always such a blessing to visit you. I LOVE the way you made the scripture “swirl around” inside the cup. You’re VERY TALENTED INDEED!

The scripture you chose is PERFECT – It’s AWESOME to KNOW that HE ALREADY knows our every NEED! 😉

  27. Thank you for this post. I am so blessed by God’s provision, and so amazed at how quickly I can forget that He will not fail us.

  28. Wow, those were verses I really needed to hear today! I love the cup!
    Thanks

  29. Awesome! I am late today with mine and I did something different too. You know me!

  30. We included those verses in our high school baccalaureate service. It’s a good reminder not to worry, but rather trust in the Lord to provide all our needs.
