How are you doing in your walk with Christ today?
Yes, I am asking you!
I want to know!

A few things lately that have hit me… cutting words, and accountability.
Why don’t people take responsibility for their actions… or lack thereof ? I’m talking about the cutting words, and the lack of consideration… anyhow, I’ve been having this on my heart lately… the cutting words; the sarcasm, the little words that people say – trying not to be direct, but are so hurtful… some people don’t even “think” they’re doing it.. and that’s the problem.. not thinking & taking every thought and action captive in Christ….

Job 5:15
He rescues the poor from the cutting words of the strong. He saves them from the clutches of the powerful.
Pr 12:18
Some people make cutting remarks, but the words of the wise bring healing.

I am saddened by the lack of accountablity I see lately. How parents feel they can do whatever and not have consequences from their children (screwing them up for later years).. for those little jabs at people… the snarky remarks, and all round lack of respect for life in general. The lack of parental accountablity, who think they are supporting their children by being silent, and ignoring their responsibility as the authority in their life….
I know, I really shouldn’t be expecting much in “this world” but sometimes it weighs a person down.
Giving it to God…. trying not to take any of it personally…
okay, done my rant for this morning! I think I need more coffee lol (believe it or not, I am actually in a good mood… I’m not perfect I know… just stuff that’s on my heart.
Thanks for reading!
