I know some of you are thinking, no big deal. It is for me. I’ve spent a long time putting this together. I’m thrilled with the result and happy that it’s done (so I can work on the next book! lol)

So, Mr C had a new employee this month that used to work with him else where, so I brought a thermas full of butter rum flavored coffee, vanilla coffee, and strawberry banana muffins, which I have to say were yummers!  I have this special recipe that I found when I was pregnant and it is so versitile in what I add in and the taste is delicious!

anyhow, thought i’d share a picture of them before there are all gone (only 3 left from the 3 dozen I made!)

I was going to say this for my Tackle it Tuesday, but I couldn’t hold off… so here is poor Prince Rex before my avid imagination goes wild with scissors… he has poo stuck to his little butt and he can’t see anything… though I’m sure that never really bothers him.

hehe, this should be proof to Mr. C he should let me take the doggy hair cutting course! LOL. Actually Prince Rexy feels better and he’s prancing around happy as can be with his “lighter load” and it’s not as bad as he looks in this picture when he’s brushed… He has white patches of fur tucked in the red, so it looks really weird in the picture… anywho, I’m sure he lost 5 lbs of hair!

Honestly though, I wouldn’t have cut it off, except the poo was stuck so bad on his butt and than there was this big hole by his bottom that was hilarious, and than i had to even it out.. and than Miss H wanted to help.. and well… you know.. all down hill from there… Rexy was so good, he just stood there happy for the attention!

There is a time for everything, and a season for activity under heaven… Ecclesiastes 3:1

okay, so I had a heyday in my bathroom!

the before pictures:

The kids have been playing in the shower to no end b/c they love the water, so I don’t get a chance to clean it as often as I’d like (the shower that is). So I clr’ed it. It came off after the 2nd time around with it and very little scrubbing. Not to mention in between potty training, waiting for the 2nd bathroom to get done 6 people in one little bathroom can be very hard to keep clean - not b/c it’s a big bathroom, but b/c someones always in it! Not to mention they have an issue with “ditch and run” they ditch their clothes and run off leaving them everywhere, especially in the bathroom!

anyhow, the kids finally patched out, so I had a chance to clean up in here:

a little better!

I know this is the Sunday meme, but since I don’t blog on Sunday’s, I’m posting it today

1. What does true worship look like to you?

to me, true worship is anything from the heart… most honestly the real cries to Jesus.

2. Describe a true worship experience that you have had and what God said to you during that time?

I think the best and the most true worship for me was my point of real salvation.  I thought I was okay, and hit rock bottom in my life.  I cried out to God asking for him to reveal himself to me and he did in a way I never even imagined.

3. Who is your favorite Christian song/artist and why?

I love Jars of Clay, casting crowns… don’t really have a favorite artist, but the song I sing most often is “Here I am to worship, here I am to bow down, here I am to say that you’re my God…”  not sure who the orginal artist is of that.

Proof #2 just came back of my book!  I’m pretty excited about it!  It looks 100X better than the first!  Soon it will be here!

God is good isn’t he?

I’ve been having a rough few weeks here; I think partially my baby hormones are finally coming to close; pms is coming back,  with the dog dying, my baby #1 starting school this fall - the trial run on her 5th birthday, family issues, that I’ve just been overwhelmed with life.

But God is good.  He gives me something as sweet as this in the midst of my struggles.

Thanks for all my bloggy friends who’ve been praying for me, and keep me in their thoughts as I’m hashing out my life and struggling with where I belong both online and offline.  I can’t tell you how much you mean to me.

How has your week been?

with valentines day just past and Easter coming soon — I think this verse should help remind us to love the one who loved us first!!
